Art as it is, is considered to be the personal expression of a person with regards the manner which identifies the different elements of focus in the environment. The human body presented as a form of art, being the most beautiful work of art.
The human body’s landscape, especially that of a woman’s physique has been well appreciated by several artists through time. As of today, Robert WK Clark is one who endeavor in creating photo-finish presentations that feature the human body. The most favorite subject Clark uses is a woman’s physique. The feature image is one of his collections included in the film series. Clark is noted for his capability of using different elements to present the different attributes of a woman’s gorgeous physique that somehow gets the malice away from the art. Herein, it could be observed how the strip of film enhances the presentation of the flawlessness of the skin and the landscape it forms. The frame has been taken from the bottom part of a woman’s body as she is faced down. This position has been utilized by Clark to present the curvatures that manifest the beauty of the form being featured herein. The lighting specifically highlights the frontal area were the film embraces the entire matter covered in the piece. The use of black and white shading in this work specifically enhances the presentation of the film as the primary focal matter.
What makes this piece unique is that it does not objectify a woman’s body as a sexual matter. Instead, it features some of the most beautiful factors that makes a woman’s body a work of art; an aesthetic form that deserves to be appreciated.
